Potatoes and Corn
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- Corn
- Onions
- Green Peppers
- Salt and Pepper
- Ketchup/BBQ sauce/Sriracha

This next meal is hands down my best creation. I created a huge pot of soup that was delicious of full of nutritious food and…it lasted me 9 days!

Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Veggie Broth
- Black Beans
- Pinto Beans
- Brown Rice
- Quinoa
- Carrots
- Celery
- Corn
- Quinoa
Cook Time: It took me probably around a half hour. But the food lasted 9 days and once it was cooked I just had to scoop it out and microwave a bowl. So 1 hour of cook time made me about 20 easy meals.
Cost: Surprisingly this huge pot of food that lasted almost 10 days cost me less than $8.
So I made about 20 meals for a total of $8. That’s not even 50 cents a meal. And it was very delicious and nutritious meals that filled me up.
