Be Here Now-Ram Dass

-This is one of the first Spiritual Books I read. I was at a park in Mount Pleasant, sitting on a blanket next to the flowing water. He mentioned in the book that the past and future don’t exist and all we have is the present moment. Nothing exists but the Now. When he said this, something clicked and I felt something inside of me wake up and that’s when my life changed. I saw everything very differently. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to better themselves and expand their knowledge of spirituality.

The Bhagavad-Gita

This is the most important spiritual book in my opinion. It is the book Mahatma Gandhi based his life off of. If you fear death and want to expand your knowledge of the spiritual world and want to know how to live a good life then this book is for you.

I recommend this version. You can skip the first 70 pages and get straight to the story.

The Power of Now-Eckhart Tolle

This book is another very important spiritual book. The beginning chapter is so eye-opening and it really changed my point of view. The book gets a bit monotonous as it goes on but it is still a very good read.

The Flower of Life-Drunvalo Melchizedek

This book is crazy; in a good way. It gives you a perspective of human life from a whole different point of view. Some of the stuff can be very hard to believe at first because the stuff we were taught in school is nothing like the information in this book.

This book is probably not a good starting point if you’re just getting introduced to the spiritual world.

A lot of the information is very deep and hard to wrap your head around if you’re new to this stuff.

It’s still an amazing, eye-opening book.

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success-Deepak Chopra

This is very good book if you want to learn about spirituality and learn easy steps on how to implement it in to your life. It is a very easy read and anyone can understand it and start using the laws today.

He gives very good advice and if you practice what he teaches you will improve your life immensely.

Rich Dad-Poor Dad-Robert Kiyosaki

I don’t read many business books but this one was amazing. This book should be read by anyone who wants to make more money and learn how to control your finances. This book changed my life a lot and taught me so many helpful things about money.

The Go-Giver – Bob Burg & John David Mann

This book was amazing. It teaches you a whole new perspective on how to be successful in your career. This is the best non-spiritual book I have ever read and I highly recommend it to everyone.

E-motion 2.0

This is a documentary on Amazon and it is absolutely life changing. It’s about how your thoughts and emotions create your whole life and when you have negative thoughts you create a habit and so your subconscious automatically looks at everything negatively.

This is a movie that every single person needs to watch ASAP.

This is a documentary about the meat industry and how damaging and corrupt it is. It is very eye-opening and if you have any doubts about a vegan lifestyle then watch this movie. Everyone needs to see this. It is on Netflix.

What the Health

This documentary is made by the same people who made Cowspiracy. It is about how important diet is and it talks about how bad meat, dairy, and processed foods are. Everyone needs to watch this one as well and it’s also on Netflix.

This is such an amazing, emotional movie. It teaches you to treat everyone with respect no matter what they look like. I absolutely love this movie and I think everyone needs to watch it.
