We Are Being Forced Into Quarantine to Join the Metaverse

Ever since I was a kid I predicted that Virtual Reality would take over.

Wall-E was a documentary. Ready Player One was also a documentary.

That is our future.

People will get addicted to the Metaverse and very soon people will care about their “online life” more than their “real” life.

There are so many ads and commercials for virtual reality lately.

And coincidentally a new strain of Covid comes out and everyone gets sick.

I can guarantee we will go back into quarantine and the Metaverse will start growing in popularity.

People will be stuck at home and will have the mindset of “well I’m stuck at home. Might as well hop onto the Metaverse.” Soon enough everyone will be hooked.

Shits about to go down.

Workout Motivation-Why You Should Exercise RIGHT NOW

All it takes is 10-20 minutes. Being stuck at home during quarantine gives you a great opportunity to do an easy at-home workout.

You don’t have to contemplate going to the gym and being embarrassed. You can literally just start working out right where you are.

-This could be the day that starts your amazing transformation.

-This could be the day that changes your life forever.

-This WILL be the day that you take control of YOUR life.

10 minutes of just moving your body in different directions. These 10 minutes will give you the energy and motivation to do the things you’ve been putting off.

Make yourself workout Right Now.

Not only is there amazing benefits; but it will help you create a habit of doing things that are good for you.

It will also give you an excuse to eat more snacks lol. You will feel a lot less guilty.

So stop thinking about it and just go for it. It will be over before you know it. Then afterwards you will feel amazing and feel accomplished and you can go to bed happy tonight.

All it takes is some pushups, sit-ups, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, and some stretching afterwards, and you will feel amazing.

So, stop what you are doing and take 10 minutes to change your life forever; you will not regret it.

Meditation for Beginners-the simplest and best method

There is a huge misconception about meditation.

You can meditate anywhere, and at anytime.

Your mind can only focus on one thing at once. The goal of meditation is to clear the mind.

How to Meditate

To do this is very simple. All you have to do is focus on your breath. Your mind will then be only focused on the breath so you will not be having all these thoughts.

Thoughts may appear in the background, but as long as you are focusing on your breath; you are meditating.

Feel your stomach and chest moving up and down. Feel the air flowing in and out. Just focus on this for as long as you want. Can be 5 seconds or an hour. The longer the better, but it is up to you.

You don’t need to sit down in the meditation pose. You can do this anywhere. Just focus on your breath.

Practice this everyday and it will change your life.

Quick, Cheap and Healthy Meals-Rice

Rice is also very versatile

I like rice and broccoli with nutritional yeast

Rice and broccoli by itself

Rice and asparagus

Rice and beans

Rice, beans and veggies
Or one of my fav meals: Rice, beans, corn, salsa and avocado, And then eat it with tortilla chips.

(I also like to add Quinoa in with the rice when I cook it. Quinoa is a superfood and it is tasteless. So, add it in if you can.)

And with this you can add different seasonings and different sauces to switch it up.

Cooking instructions: If you have Minute rice then you just put the rice in a pot with water and cook it for like minutes. While it’s cooking put some oil in a pan to cook your broccoli or asparagus or whatever. You can also microwave some beans to add as well.

Quick, Cheap, Healthy Meals-Potato

Potatoes are so versatile, you can bake them fry them, or whatever you like.

My go to is cooking them in a pan and then adding onion, green peppers and sometimes some beans or lentils.

It is quick cheap and easy.

Takes about 10-15 minutes and you can switch it up so it never gets boring

You can use different seasonings and different sauces. I use:

  • Garlic powder/salt
  • Salt and pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Ketchup
  • Sriracha
  • Barbecue Sauce

Cooking instructions:I put a little bit of olive oil in a pan. Heat it up and cut up the potatoes and cook them for a couple minutes. As the potatoes are cooking cut up your green pepper and onion or whatever else you want to add and then cook it all for 5-10 minutes and add your seasoning and sauce and you’re set

How to Save the World and Make it a Better Place

We could easily save the world and make it a better place for everyone. Everyone could be healthier and happier and we could have more joy and compassion.

This method doesn’t cost us anything; in fact it saves us a lot of money and it saves trillions of lives.

We could solve world hunger and diminish the leading health related diseases and illnesses.

All we have to do is switch from breeding and eating animals, to eating a plant-based diet.

But a Plant-Based Diet Will Take up More Land and Resources??

False. False. False.

The plant products are already produced, but then fed to animals so we can kill the animal and satisfy our taste buds.

What do you think these animals are eating? There are over 70,000,000,000 animals being bred at a time and they obviously eat way more than humans. We are bringing in 70,000,000,000 more mouths to and they eat wayyyy more than us.

Just the 1,500,000,000 cows we bring in to existence need 135,000,000,000 pounds of food daily.

The human population needs about 21,000,000,000 pounds of food daily.

50% of the grain and legumes we grow we feed to the animals. 90% of the soy we grow we feed to animals. (Cowspiracy)

82% of the worlds starving children live in countries where we use the land to grow food for our livestock. So they see all this food being grown but then we just give it to the animals because we can’t profit off of the poor starving children. (Cowspiracy)

We could feed every human being on the planet a healthy diet if we stopped giving all of our food to livestock and if we stopped using all of the land for grazing.

What About Protein Bro?

We could create 15x more protein sources on any given land if we grew plants for humans to eat instead of using it for animals. (Cowspiracy)


We would even have so much excess land left over that we could just let it grow back to forests.

To feed a person on a plant based vegan diet for a year requires 1/6 of an acre of land. (Cowspiracy)

Feeding a person on an average American diet that includes dairy, eggs and meat requires 18x as much land.

You can produce 37,000 pounds of plant food on 1.5 acres of land. (Cowspiracy)

But you can only produce 375 pounds of meat on 1.5 acres of land. (Cowspiracy)

-That is 10x less food just so we can kill and animal and it eat’s flesh.

Livestock covers 45% of the earths total land. (Cowspiracy)

A plant based diet requires 1/18th the amount of land. And the diet is healthier and can feed every person in the world. And it doesn’t require the immoral killing of trillions of living beings.


These billions of animals create soooo much waste. Imagine how much cleaner this planet would be without the poop of billions of animals.

Just in the U.S. alone, livestock creates 116,000 pounds of waste per second. (Cowspiracy)


Animal agriculture is responsible for up tp 91% of the Amazon Rainforest Destruction. (Cowspiracy)

1-2 acres of rainforest are destroyed every second for livestock. (Cowspiracy)

What About Farmers’ Jobs?

People say farmers will lose their jobs. But the farmers can switch from farming animals to farming plants and they will get incentives.

I don’t know about you but I would much rather grow plants rather than raping and slaughtering innocent animals.

It’s Common Sense

All of this food already exists.
All of these plants already exist.

But instead of just eating the plants ourselves, we force breed all of these animals in to existence.

So now we have almost 100,000,000,000 more mouths to feed.
And these animals eat more than us.

We put these animals in terrible living conditions and pump them with 80% of our medicine and feed them 80% of our food, just so we can eat their dead body parts.

We are forced to use huge amounts of land just so they have a place to graze.

We are forced to clear out forests so they have places to live and we need more land to grow food since they eat more than us.


And because of these actions rainforests are being cut down. Over half of the world is starving. Trillions of living beings are dying. And on and on.


I could go on and on about how damaging the consumption of dead animals is to the planet. And I could go on and on about how beneficial it will be for everyone to switch to a plant based diet.

But I think the point is clear and it is obvious which one you should choose.

I don’t expect everyone to go vegan overnight but I want you to start researching and slowly implementing the diet in to your life.

Bored in Quarantine?

Right now, you have all the time in the world to do what you want. If you are bored, and all you do is sit around and complain, then you never lacked the time or money to do what you want to do with your life; you simply just aren’t living right.

The “Normal Life”

      Nowadays you work almost your whole entire life at jobs you most likely do not enjoy just so you can retire at 65-70 years old.

      But once you retire what are you going to do with your life?

You worked your whole entire life so you can make some money and enjoy your life “work-free.”

      But you’ll end up just sitting around doing nothing and you’ll be bored and you’ll just complain. Because that is exactly what everyone is doing right now. (And don’t blame the stay at home order for your unhappiness)

      Most people don’t even know why they do what they do. They just follow what everyone else does because it is “normal.”

      You go to school, maybe college, and you work boring jobs to make all this money. Money that you spend on a house/apartment that you only get to use when you are sleeping. And when you do have free time to use the house that you work your ass off to pay for, you are bored and you don’t do anything except complain.

      Or you save up a bunch of money to buy a nice vehicle. A nice vehicle you only use to drive to work-that place you hate.

      So, to sum it up: you work at a job your whole life that you don’t even enjoy. You work there to make money for a house and a car, things you barely get to use, and when you do, you aren’t even happy.

Food and Material Objects

      You spend the rest of your money on food and “things.”

Food that is killing you and making you lazier and less attractive. Food that you choose to eat because it satisfies your taste buds for a couple minutes. But it brings along fatigue, obesity, heart disease, cancer, etc. But it’s sooooo worth it because it tastes good for a couple seconds huh.

If you do make it to retirement; with the average diet and lifestyle nowadays, you will most likely be miserable and unhealthy and on a bunch of medication. You will be too lazy and unhealthy to even do anything with all that money you worked your whole entire life to save up.


      You buy “things” that only make you happy for a couple seconds and then you take them for granted and just want the next best thing; the bigger and better thing. You are never satisfied with what you want, you always want more.

      This is why you will never truly be happy. You work to make money so you can have more stuff. Stuff that brings along temporary happiness and then you are bored and want more.

It is a never ending cycle and you will spend your whole life wanting more and soon enough you’ll be dead and realize you were never actually happy, because you never appreciated what you did have, you only focused on things you wanted.
