            -There are so many negative effects of alcohol; I’m not even going to bother listing them all because it’s pretty obvious.

            -I think one of the worst ones is it promotes bad behavior and bad eating habits. You give no fucks when you’re drunk and this has very negative long term effects on you.

-You wake up the next day feeling like shit. So now you’ve wasted two days instead of one. You created a habit of bad behaviors and you’re unhappy so to escape the unhappiness you get drunk again and blame your faults on the alcohol.

10) Spend Less time on Social Media

            -Social media is very toxic unless you use it in the right way which most people do not.

Social media is full of fake people living fake lives. It is terrible for your self-esteem. Stop scrolling and comparing your life to others.

            Instead, go do something more useful with your time rather than scrolling mindlessly and feeling bad about your life.

11) Stop watching the News

            -The news is full of negativity and is used to indict fear. Once they make you fearful they lower your vibration and control you. You will never get anything useful from the news. Most of it is bullshit.

-If you just focus on yourself and work on improving your life, none of that shit in the news matters. Worry about your own life and your own happiness.

Do you want a new job, a new car, a million dollars, to meet the love of your life? Whatever it is, you can get it.

Everything in the world is energy and everything is connected. Your mind is like a television. Your thoughts are the different channels, that operate on different frequencies.

But your mind is way more powerful than a television. Your mind is part of the universe.

You know how when you buy a new vehicle and you think about the type of vehicle? And then you begin to see that vehicle everywhere.

Or when someone shows you a new song and is like omg this song is so good. Or omg this song is trash. Those thoughts determine how you will view that song. That song will operate on a different frequency.

Your thoughts are frequencies and you attract what you think about.

The Law of Attraction is real. If you think “I’m poor” you will operate at that frequency and attract more things that confirm you are poor.

If you think “my life sucks” you will send that frequency out and attract more things that make your life suck.

Your thoughts become things. You attract what you think about.

You think about how much life sucks, you will see everything that makes life suck; it will block out all the positive things.

If you are complaining, or listening to someone else complain; you are operating on that frequency and will find more things to complain about.

People look at their current situation and say; “this is who I am.” But, that is not who you are. That is who you were; that is just what your past thoughts created. You create who you are right now, with the thoughts you have. You can have whatever you want.

If you think about your rough upbringing and say you have a shitty life and you are not appreciated, then that will be true. But the past does not define you.

Who you are is determined on how you are thinking right now.

Everything you want, starts inside. The outside is just the effects of your thoughts. Set your thoughts on whatever you want (happiness, money, new car, etc.) and operate on that frequency and you shall receive.

If you always say you don’t have enough money, then you will operate on that frequency and attract more things to confirm that you don’t have enough money.

Ask and you shall receive. Ask for money, believe you can have it and be open to receive it.

Go around with the mentality of “I can afford that,” and you will operate on that frequency of being able to afford those things.

If you focus on being poor you will be poor.

If you focus on being rich you will be rich.

Don’t think about how you will be rich. Think about being rich and believe it; operate on that frequency, and you will be given the opportunities.

Wealth is a mindset.

It is impossible to attract more money if you only focus on the lack of it.

Focus on wealth and attract wealth.

Think about these things every day, and be grateful. You will operate on a frequency of being grateful, and in return you will attract more things to be grateful for.

If you focus on the good, you will receive more good.

This can lead to endless amounts of happiness and wealth, or whatever it is you are seeking.

DO NOT focus on what you don’t have. BE GRATEFUL for what you DO have, and you will receive more things to be grateful for.

How to Change Your Life INSTANTLY

Thoughts are magnetic and thoughts have frequency. When you have a thought, it is sent out in to the Universe, and it attracts similar thoughts on that frequency.

The world is a reflection of your thoughts. It will give back what you are thinking about.

If you think your job sucks; you will operate on that frequency and you will be shown more reasons why your job sucks.

You have the power to completely change your life RIGHT NOW, because right now, you are thinking. You can erase all of the past; all of the bad thoughts instantly, by having good thoughts right now. It truly is that easy.

Everything in your life right now; all the physical objects and emotions and people, all came from your thoughts in the past. If you aren’t happy with these things, you are in luck because you can change it all with your thoughts right now.

A lot of people don’t have much control over their thoughts. Almost everything they do is subconscious. Their thoughts come from society, and they were conditioned to think and believe the way they do.

A good way to be conscious of your thoughts is keep asking yourself throughout the day “How am I feeling?” “What am I thinking?” This will bring you to the present moment and provide you with a clean slate to think happy thoughts.

Everything you experience in life is caused by your thoughts. All the effects, including your feelings, originate from your thoughts. If you are unhappy you will feel bad. Meditation for Beginners-the simplest and best method

There is a huge misconception about meditation.

You can meditate anywhere, and at anytime.

Your mind can only focus on one thing at once. The goal of meditation is to clear the mind.

How to Meditate

To do this is very simple. All you have to do is focus on your breath. Your mind will then be only focused on the breath so you will not be having all these thoughts.

Thoughts may appear in the background, but as long as you are focusing on your breath; you are meditating.

Feel your stomach and chest moving up and down. Feel the air flowing in and out. Just focus on this for as long as you want. Can be 5 seconds or an hour. The longer the better, but it is up to you.

You don’t need to sit down in the meditation pose. You can do this anywhere. Just focus on your breath.

Practice this everyday and it will change your life.

How to Save the World and Make it a Better Place

We could easily save the world and make it a better place for everyone. Everyone could be healthier and happier and we could have more joy and compassion.

This method doesn’t cost us anything; in fact it saves us a lot of money and it saves trillions of lives.

We could solve world hunger and diminish the leading health related diseases and illnesses.

All we have to do is switch from breeding and eating animals, to eating a plant-based diet.

But a Plant-Based Diet Will Take up More Land and Resources??

False. False. False.

The plant products are already produced, but then fed to animals so we can kill the animal and satisfy our taste buds.

What do you think these animals are eating? There are over 70,000,000,000 animals being bred at a time and they obviously eat way more than humans. We are bringing in 70,000,000,000 more mouths to and they eat wayyyy more than us.

Just the 1,500,000,000 cows we bring in to existence need 135,000,000,000 pounds of food daily.

The human population needs about 21,000,000,000 pounds of food daily.

50% of the grain and legumes we grow we feed to the animals. 90% of the soy we grow we feed to animals. (Cowspiracy)

82% of the worlds starving children live in countries where we use the land to grow food for our livestock. So they see all this food being grown but then we just give it to the animals because we can’t profit off of the poor starving children. (Cowspiracy)

We could feed every human being on the planet a healthy diet if we stopped giving all of our food to livestock and if we stopped using all of the land for grazing.

What About Protein Bro?

We could create 15x more protein sources on any given land if we grew plants for humans to eat instead of using it for animals. (Cowspiracy)

Land

We would even have so much excess land left over that we could just let it grow back to forests.

To feed a person on a plant based vegan diet for a year requires 1/6 of an acre of land. (Cowspiracy)

Feeding a person on an average American diet that includes dairy, eggs and meat requires 18x as much land.

You can produce 37,000 pounds of plant food on 1.5 acres of land. (Cowspiracy)

But you can only produce 375 pounds of meat on 1.5 acres of land. (Cowspiracy)

-That is 10x less food just so we can kill and animal and it eat’s flesh.

Livestock covers 45% of the earths total land. (Cowspiracy)

A plant based diet requires 1/18th the amount of land. And the diet is healthier and can feed every person in the world. And it doesn’t require the immoral killing of trillions of living beings.

Poop

These billions of animals create soooo much waste. Imagine how much cleaner this planet would be without the poop of billions of animals.

Just in the U.S. alone, livestock creates 116,000 pounds of waste per second. (Cowspiracy)

Rainforest

Animal agriculture is responsible for up tp 91% of the Amazon Rainforest Destruction. (Cowspiracy)

1-2 acres of rainforest are destroyed every second for livestock. (Cowspiracy)

What About Farmers’ Jobs?

People say farmers will lose their jobs. But the farmers can switch from farming animals to farming plants and they will get incentives.

I don’t know about you but I would much rather grow plants rather than raping and slaughtering innocent animals.

It’s Common Sense

All of this food already exists.
All of these plants already exist.

But instead of just eating the plants ourselves, we force breed all of these animals in to existence.

So now we have almost 100,000,000,000 more mouths to feed.
And these animals eat more than us.

We put these animals in terrible living conditions and pump them with 80% of our medicine and feed them 80% of our food, just so we can eat their dead body parts.

We are forced to use huge amounts of land just so they have a place to graze.

We are forced to clear out forests so they have places to live and we need more land to grow food since they eat more than us.

IF WE JUST ATE THE FOOD OURSELVES-THE FOOD THAT ALREADY EXISTS-THEN WE WOULD HAVE ENOUGH TO FEED THE WHOLE WORLD. BUT INSTEAD WE FEED IT TO THE BILLIONS OF ANIMALS AND ONLY GET 1/10 OF THE FOOD WE HAD IN THE FIRST PLACE.

And because of these actions rainforests are being cut down. Over half of the world is starving. Trillions of living beings are dying. And on and on.

Conclusion

I could go on and on about how damaging the consumption of dead animals is to the planet. And I could go on and on about how beneficial it will be for everyone to switch to a plant based diet.

But I think the point is clear and it is obvious which one you should choose.

I don’t expect everyone to go vegan overnight but I want you to start researching and slowly implementing the diet in to your life.
