The Real Solution to The Coronavirus (Omicron Variant)

Video Version

Let me start this off with a story

I was at the doctor’s office a couple of days ago.

Whilst waiting for my appointment a man comes in.

He walks up to the receptionist and says “Hey, I am here for a Covid test”

The woman replies “Okay, have you been here before?”

The man replies, “Yes, I was here about an hour ago.”

She says, “Oh, so are you here for your results?”

He said, “No, I got my results, and they were positive.”

She looked at him confused and said, “Oh, so what do you need?”

The man then says, “I demand a retest! I am vaccinated and I wear a mask therefore it is impossible that I have the virus! You guys owe me another test because your test was obviously wrong!”

At this point I literally laughed out loud and shook my head.

The very little hope I had left for humanity was diminished.

I had a feeling all along that people viewed the vaccine as a cure-all and my suspicions were then brought into fruition.

How Vaccines Work

I was really hoping it did not have to come to this but here I am.

I tried my best to stay out of all this coronavirus shit and all this vaccine talk but obviously people have no idea how vaccines work so I guess I have to explain it.

Your body is presented with thousands of germs and bacteria everyday. Your immune system is able to fight off most of these.

For viruses that are much stronger such as the coronavirus, a lot of peoples’ immune systems aren’t strong enough to fight it off. Chances are, you are going to get pretty sick when contracting this virus.

When you get a vaccine you are getting a weakened version of the pathogen. All that is happening is you are introducing your immune system to a very watered down version of the pathogen.

This gives your immune system a little introduction to the virus so it can create antibodies.

A vaccine is familiarizing your body with the virus so it will know what to do if you are infected with this pathogen in the future.

A VACCINE DOES NOT PROTECT YOU FROM GETTING THE VIRUS

A vaccine is a safety measure to help your body fight off the infection sooner so you don’t get seriously sick. A vaccine introduces the pathogen to your body and creates anitbodies so your immune system can fight it off faster.

If you’re vaccinated, it just means you have a less chance of getting seriously sick.

And the reason they want everyone to get the vaccine is to create something called a herd immunity.

If you have the vaccine and have a lower chance of getting seriously sick, then you have a lower chance of getting someone else seriously sick.

That is all.

The vaccine does not cure the coronavirus.

The vaccine does not prevent you from getting the coronavirus.

The vaccine won’t magically make all viruses go away.

To make viruses go away you need to stop doing the things that cause the virus.

And guess what causes these viruses.

Eating animals.

The Cause of the Viruses

Swine flu, Ebola, SARS, Marburg, HIV, Bird Flu, Coronavirus, MERS and so on.

All of these viruses are called zoonotic diseases. Meaning they were caused by the consumption and exploitation of animals.

If we stopped eating dead animal flesh these viruses would stop emerging.

I can guarantee if we continue eating the flesh of dead animals and keep torturing and enslaving billions of animals, more and more diseases will emerge, and they will only become deadlier and deadlier.

Not only does eating murdered animal flesh cause these diseases, but it makes our bodies more susceptible to these diseases.

Consuming animal products is the leading cause of all the deadliest illnesses in the world.

Heart disease, cancer, high cholesterol, obesity, just to name a few.

All of these conditions can be directly linked to diet and lifestyle. And one of the biggest factors is the exploitation and consumption of animals.

Over 40% of Americans are obese. 40 fucking percent. That is almost half of the population.

So these viruses are not the problem. People not wearing masks and unvaccinated people are not the problem.

Your diet and lifestyle are the problem.

The Real Problem

The whole point of eating food is to give your body the proper nutrients it needs to function correctly.

And sorry to break it to you but McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, or whatever the fuck people eat nowadays is not very nutrient dense.

When all you eat is processed foods your body does not get any of the nutrients it needs.

Therefore your immune system cannot function properly and cannot fight off all of these diseases.

And please, stop blaming genetics. You are not unhealthy because it’s in your genes. You are unhealthy because you grew up eating the same shit your parents did.

You’re blaming it on your genes when you can’t even fit in your jeans.

One more time for the people in the back.

The problem is not the people who refuse to wear masks. And the problem is not the unvaccinated people.

The problem is the terrible diet and lifestyle that the majority of the population follows.

If you want to be healthy you need to acquire a healthy lifestyle.

This does not mean you have to follow a strict plant-based vegan diet and run 10 miles everyday.

You just need to stop eating processed food for every single meal and you need to get off the couch every once in awhile.

We all have to start somewhere.

The reason you feel like shit is because you constantly eat shit.

SO instead of being scared of this new omicron, moronic whatever variant and waiting around for a vaccine and blamaing other people for not wearing masks.

Change your lifestyle. Eat healthier. Exercise. Even if it’s 10 minutes a day.

And please, do not say you don’t have the time. That is my biggest pet peeve.

If you can watch Netflix for 4 hours a day and scroll on social media all day. You can take a couple minutes to cook a healthy meal and you can take 15 minutes to get a workout in.

Rant Over.

Peace.

Why I am not Religious-Religion Vs Spirituality

People feel their religion as right, and others as wrong and this causes conflict. But truthfully, all religions are based on the same thing if you look at their roots.

Religion is all about; “do what I say without asking.” “If you don’t believe it you’re going to hell.”

Religion is going through a middle man.

You’re not experiencing it for yourself.

But we all have different paths to enlightenment.

Reading the Bible isn’t a Free Pass to Heaven

We should not be following the Bible word for word. It is just a foundation for spirituality.

Same goes for every other religion out there.

It was just one guy’s experience. It was one guy who reached enlightenment or salvation; or whatever you want to call it.

It is better to follow a religion than not follow one. But don’t take the one you follow so seriously and so literally. Just learn the important parts and apply them to your life.
Don’t view your religion as right and others as wrong.

They are all teaching the same things. There is not one set path to how you reach your highest self.

Spirituality is all about learning and finding your own path. You shouldn’t read a book and follow someone else’s path. Everyone has their own path to enlightenment.

If you follow the Bible, just reading it and understanding it doesn’t give you a free pass to “heaven.”

You are supposed to look at how Jesus lived and then live a life similar to his. But don’t follow his path. Learn the important lessons and imply them to your life.

-Love Everyone

-Practice Selfless Service

            -act without expecting return

-do it because it is the right thing to do (helping an old lady across the street.)

Jesus Was Not the Son of God

Jesus claimed him and God were one. He did not necessarily mean he was the Son of God. I believe he meant he shared a strong conscious connection with God. And anyone that reaches this level of consciousness will also be one with God.

His name wasn’t Jesus Christ. He was Jesus of Christ; meaning he was Christ Conscious.

He reached enlightenment and was sharing his experience and teaching how to become one with God (reach Christ Consciousness).

Christ Consciousness is the frequency that “God” and the universe operate on.
The goal in life is to reach Christ Consciousness.

This is done by learning how to be the best version of yourself and working everyday to reach your full spiritual potential.

It isn’t done by reading the Bible and going to church and you’re all set.

How to Reach Your Full Spiritual Potential

You are a spiritual being having a human experience.

The goal in life is to kill the ego. We are living this life as human beings and as a result we have animal pleasures and desires.

Our goal is to fight all of those animalistic pleasures and desires and destroy the ego. The purpose of this lifetime was to learn about awareness and consciousness and become aware of the “I”

This isn’t necessarily possible for most in the spiritual world because there, you just exist and just are. You are not really separate from anyone or anything because you are everything. Everything is connected.

In this life as a human being you get to feel what it is like to be a separate entity and have an “I”. It can be very scary and uncomfortable for most. The goal is to come together and be one. Love everyone and everything. Accept everyone and everything. Use meditation to kill your ego. Grow as a spirit. Experience everything.

Stop indulging in physical pleasures and start doing the things that will make you the best version of yourself.

-Exercise

-Meditation

-Reading

-Eating Healthy

-Spreading Love and Happiness

-Drink more water

-Help Others

-Follow Your Dreams

-Be Grateful

-Be Positive

Christ Has Already Returned

“Contrary to the predictions of the return of Jesus, no such event will take place. As with so many things in Christianity, the events and concepts apply to changes in awareness and consciousness, not physical events. Just as salvation is not as it is portrayed in the literal sense, but is a transformation in spiritual consciousness, so too is the Second Coming a transformation in a person’s spiritual consciousness and connection to God, not an outer physical event.”

I believe Christ has already returned. Read why here (link)

Best Argument for Veganism

I think there is enough information out there proving a vegan diet is healthier than the standard American diet; if it is done right.

The Scenario

There are 2 burgers. They taste and look almost exactly the same.

The 1st burger has a high chance of causing heart disease and cancer. It requires a living thing to be murdered; and it is terrible for the planet because it takes 2,000 gallons of water and 2 acres of land to produce.

The 2nd burger is a lot healthier. It is made of plants. No one is harmed.

Which one would you choose?

The Main Argument Against This

“Yeah but these foods aren’t accessible and they aren’t as good and they are more expensive.”

**My Answer:

The reason there is a lack of vegan products is because the demand is low.

If more people go vegan there will be way more products and way more restaurants and businesses selling these products.

The food will only get cheaper, healthier, better tasting and more accessible.

All you have to do is cut your meat consumption in half or go fully vegan and more and more products will be available.

It truly is that simple.

Businesses follow the money. There would be way more vegan restaurants today; but there isn’t a high demand and not much money so people are skeptical.

But once the demand goes up I can guarantee these businesses will take off.

(Side note: vegan food is the cheapest food out there if done right; but I’m talking about meat alternatives here)

The Impossible Whopper Is Not Healthier!

I agree; it is not healthy, neither is the original Whopper.

But as demand goes up the more advanced and healthier the meat alternatives will get.

But I Don’t Like Vegan Food, I Like Meat!

If it is all about taste I can guarantee the higher the demand gets, the better the taste.

**Think about it. You could eat all the food you love; but it will be healthy and won’t cost an animal it’s life, and is way better for the planet**

There are some very creative people out there. They will find a way to create a healthy alternative to any food out there.

Why would you not want to choose the 2nd burger?

Summary:

The first step to there being more vegan products that are easily accessible, cheap and tasty is to go vegan or just cut down your meat consumption.

Once enough of the world goes vegan the demand will be high and all businesses will focus on creating the best and cheapest vegan foods.

**Not only will everyone be healthier and happier. The immoral slaughter of animals will come to and end and MOST IMPORTANTLY we will prevent further pandemics and viruses caused by the consumption of animal!

Do I Ever Get the Urge to Eat Meat or Dairy?

I get asked this question all the time ever since I switched to a plant-based vegan diet.

“I could never give up meat, it tastes sooooo good.”

“I would die without cheese.”

“b..bu…but bacon”

I used to eat meat and dairy all the time. I lived on pizza. Meat lovers pizza to be specific.

Chocolate milk used to be my favorite thing in the world.

But I realized that my health and an animal’s life wasn’t worth that couple minutes of pleasuring my taste buds.

At first it was hard. I did crave pizza and meat and all those things.

But when my diet switched, so did my life.

I started seeing things for how they really were and not how society claimed it to be.

My head became clearer. My energy levels were so high. I felt so much lighter and healthier.

It’s been about a year now and my life is so amazing because of my choice to change my diet.

I would say it took about a month to fully get rid of all the cravings. The more time went on the more I started despising meat and dairy.

Pretty soon it actually started to disgust me.

I finally saw it for what it truly was and now I could never eat it again.

I don’t see meat as food, I see it for what it is. It is the bloody, dead flesh of a poor tortured animal.

I don’t see milk as a drink. I see it as a pus filled concoction of estrogen and growth hormones. I see it as a liquid that was meant for a cow. A cow that was killed or deprived of the milk just so a human could enjoy breastfeeding from a mother cow.

So, no, I do not crave meat or dairy. Not even one bit. It actually disgusts me now that I see it for what it really is.

A lot of people reply with, “Oh, you’re just saying that to defend your vegan argument to prove you are right.”

First of all, that is not true at all. I am always honest and straight up. I have nothing to defend.

Second of all, this is where all the misunderstanding comes from.

People see everything as I’m right and you’re wrong.

Everything is a competition when people are living through the ego.

I do not follow this diet to give myself some weird sense of superiority. I do not think I am better than anyone else. I do not try to be better than anyone else. I only try to be better than who I was yesterday. I am only in competition with myself.

I do not think I am right because I follow a vegan diet. I do not think people who eat meat are wrong and inferior.

I advocate for a plant-based vegan diet because it is the healthiest, and the best for; us, animals and the planet.

I do not present my information to try to say I am right, and you are wrong.

I am simply just trying to educate everyone. I put all these facts out there to help people.

I am trying to help people be healthier and make better choices.

You do not have to listen to me if you don’t want to. I am putting the information out there for people who actually care about their well-being. I put the information out there for people who care about animals and who would like the world to still be around for their children.

I believe diet and lifestyle is the most important thing in a person’s life. What you eat decides your whole life.

I grew up having the worst diet imaginable. I grew up on fast food and pop tarts. There were plenty of days where I would eat a pop tart for all three meals of the day.

I used to be sick 10 months out of the year. I always had a cold. I was always so lethargic.

Once I changed my diet my whole entire life changed.

A plant-based diet is the cheapest, healthiest diet for everyone.

Everything I do is to help other people because I wish someone would have told me all this stuff 10 years ago.

I am just trying to help. I’m not here to prove a point and say I am better, and I am right.

Everything I do, is to help you live a better life.

Why I Advocate For A Plant-Based Diet

I hate how certain diets have certain connotations around them. I dislike how everything is “right’ and “wrong” nowadays.

“My diet is right, and yours is wrong.”

Different things work for different people.

Plant-Based Diet

A plant based diet is one that consists mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products.

A plant-based diet isn’t a set diet. It is not a vegan diet.

A plant-based diet is one where you are eating natural and whole foods.

You are cutting out all the fake, artificial processed junk.

I don’t know how anyone can argue against this diet.

Eating natural foods full of nutrients is obviously the healthiest option.

A plant-based diet has no set rules. You can customize it how you want.

The goal is to just eat as much natural and whole foods as possible.

More Benefits of A Plant-Based Diet

Not only is it the healthiest diets, it is one of the cheapest.

My Best Advice On How To Lose Weight

I am one of those naturally skinny kids with a very high metabolism that loses weight by eating. I struggle so hard to gain weight. I’ve never set out to try to lose weight but I’ve become a pro at it on accident.

The Biggest Misconception

People seem to believe that in order to be fit and skinny you need to exercise a lot. This is not true. Diet is definitely the biggest aspect by far.

Diet is everything when it comes to life.

Diet

You shouldn’t be relying on all these whacky different diets such as the Keto diet.

All that matters when it comes to losing weight is that you are finishing the day with a calorie deficit.

I recommend having about a 500 calorie deficit. But everyone is different.

You should be tracking your calories everyday. I recommend using Cronometer but any calorie tracking app will do.

Food-wise you should be focusing on natural and nutrient dense food.

Do your best to steer away from processed foods. No fast food. No food that comes in packages that you microwave. No junk food such as chips, cookies, etc.

Focus on low calorie foods such as fruit and veggies. Things like watermelon and cucumbers are very low in calories and they have a high percentage water content so you will get full faster.

Fiber is a lot more important than protein. So focus on more plant based foods.

Also, stay away from milk and dairy. Here’s a good picture explaining why:

Water

Water is so important. Almost 70% of your body is composed of water. It such an important aspect of health yet so many people don’t drink enough water.

When trying to lose weight you can easily fight hunger and cravings by just drinking water.

Almost 75% of the time you feel hungry you are actually just thirsty. So whenever you feel hunger just drink a glass of water and I promise you’ll feel a lot better.

I recommend always carrying water on you so you are more likely to drink it.

I recommend a bottle with a straw because in my experience it is easier to drink more water like this. I can chug a huge bottle of water when it is through a straw and it’s much easier than chugging it straight up.

Whatever you do, stay away from sugary drinks. DO NOT DRINK SODA. Don’t even drink juice. You should always choose water.

How to Exercise More

~My greatest advice is don’t look at exercise as something you HAVE to do. Make it something you WANT to do~

Nobody likes being told what to do. Nobody likes doing things they don’t feel like doing.

Don’t look at exercise as something you have to force yourself to do.

Make Exercising Fun

Find an activity that you enjoy doing and get your exercise that way. For example I take my dog on 5-10 walks a day. I get in about 20,000 steps a day just doing that. And both my dog and I enjoy it very much. Nothing better than exercise and spending time in nature.

So go for more walks outside.

Play a sport that you enjoy regularly.

If you spend a lot of time watching YouTube videos or spend a lot of time on social media; do it while walking on a treadmill.

Write Down Your Goals!

I cannot stress how important it is to write down your goals.

When it is just a thought in your mind it doesn’t exist. But when you physically write it down it exists; so now it can happen.

Do not just say you want to “lose weight.” If your only goal is to lose weight that either you will lose 1 pound and your goal is over so now there is nothing pushing you. Or you will lose a certain amount of weight but will never be satisfied because your goal wasn’t specific.

To reach your goal write down your ideal weight. Find an old picture of oyurself. Or find a picture of your ideal body. Print it out; hang it on your wall. Tape it in a journal and look at it everyday. Make it your phone background. Whatever it takes.

Always keep that ideal weight and body in mind. Make that your goal. Once it is a physical goal it makes it so much easier to reach.

Conclusion

There is so much different information out there about losing weight. It can be very overwhelming and confusing.

The most important thing is making sure you have a calorie deficit. You should have about -500 calories by the end of the day. This does not mean you need to starve yourself. Just eat more natural food.

Drink more water!

Don’t despise having to exercise. Make it fun. Enjoy what you do.

And make sure to write down your goals! Have a clear goal and ideal weight you’d like to reach.

Also, don’t stress about it. Love yourself for who you are. Be grateful for everything you have.

Have fun with the process. Celebrate your achievements. Always live in the moment and make the most of it.

My View On Supplements-Do I Take Them?

As you all probably know I follow a plant-based whole foods diet.

When I first started it I had so much energy and felt so amazing. But I didn’t know a lot about diet and I was mostly just eating the same foods every day.

I didn’t know about all of the wonderful plant-based food out there that is full of nutrients.

After a couple months I started losing some of that energy and was very tired at times.

I decided to download Cronometer to check if I was getting the proper nutrition I needed.

It turned out I was lacking things such as B12, Selenium, Iron, Zinc and Omega-3s.

I simply just wasn’t eating enough of the food with these nutrients because I never really looked in to a balanced diet.

I just focused on macronutrients and calories and that was it.

So I started doing some research and implemented foods high in those nutrients in to my diet.

My energy levels were back and I felt even better then when I started the diet.

But nowadays I am super busy with school, work, my blog, writing my books, taking care of my dog and so on.

So now I don’t eat that much food so it is hard to get a balanced and nutritious diet.

So now I take Complement supplements.

Complement is a very good brand and their supplements are full of all the nutrients that the majority of the population lacks in their diet.

It is a very clean supplement and I honestly see amazing results when I use it.

Now, supplements are not needed to have a healthy diet. Especially a plant-based diet.

I only take them when I don’t have enough time to eat 3 meals a day.

Nowadays I only eat 1, maybe 2 meals a day so I take a supplement to get those nutrients I am lacking.

If you don’t want to take supplements and you want to follow a plant-based diet, that is very possible.

The 5 most common nutrient deficiencies on a plant-based diet are zinc, iron, B12, omega-3s and Vitamin D.

Good sources of Zinc are beans, legumes and grains

.

Good sources of Iron are green vegetables, grains, lentils, dried fruit, seeds and nuts

Good sources of Vitamin D are the sun lol. But to better absorb this vitamin make sure you have enough calcium in your diet

.

Good sources of Omega 3s are chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts and hemp-seeds. I just add chia to my oatmeal and smoothies.

B12 is the tricky one. B12 is harder to get because it used to come from the dirt of vegetables and it used to be in the water. But now with pesticides and fertilizers and fluoride and chlorine in out water it is harder to get.

Just about everyone should supplement B12. It is possible to get it from nutritional yeast and some types of fortified milk; but you are better off just taking a supplement.

This is one successful argument for non-vegans but what a lot of people don’t know is cows are supplemented with B12, and animals don’t produce B12. It is found in bacteria and in manure, and sense animals are exposed to manure they sometimes absorb it.

So everyone should be supplementing B12, even those who eat meat.

  • So to sum it up, yes I take supplements but only because I don’t eat a lot of food nowadays.
  • No matter what diet you follow you should be taking B12 supplements.
  • If you feel like your diet isn’t super balanced then head on over to https://cronometer.com or download their app in the App Store

If you would like to try Complement supplements head on over to https://lovecomplement.com/products/complement-plus-smart-vegan-capsules?variant=14329502302257

Pandemic Prevention- Unpopular Opinion

The goal of a virus like this one, is to get it, build an immunity, move on and then change our ways.

Diet and Lifestyle

If you chose a comfortable life and pleasure food over your own life you can’t blame the virus.

Having a poor diet makes you more susceptible to viruses like this one. It was your choice. Your body doesn’t get the nutrients it needs, so your immune system is weakened, and you’re more susceptible to illnesses and less likely to fight them off.

THAT WAS YOUR CHOICE.

And DO NOT blame genetics for your weight or illnesses.

Genetics

People think things like diabetes and obesity and heart disease are genetic. Yes, some traits can be passed down and can ultimately hinder your ability to grow and prosper. But, MOST of the time it is not.

The Reason you have the same ailments as your parents is because you grew up eating the same food.

The food and lifestyle caused you to be obese and acquire these illnesses. It is all a personal choice.

You could easily get rid of these ailments if you ate healthier and exercised more.

It has been proven numerous times that you can reverse these things with a healthier diet.

Diet is everything.

Prevention

This virus is not uncommon; and these viruses will only get worse and worse if we keep up our ways.

Running from the virus and wearing masks and gloves will only make it take longer to run its course.

To stop pandemics like these you just simply need to stop doing the thing that causes them.

The Cause

These deadly viruses are caused by the killing of animals. When you cram millions of animals in small places and have them sit in their feces and blood and then slaughter them and eat them; you are bound to have a virus.

If we keep up our ways, and the demand for meat gets higher and higher these viruses will only get more plentiful and more lethal.

What to Do

If you are this scared of death then you should change your lifestyle. Simple as that.

If you stopped eating so much animals these viruses wouldn’t start.

If you stopped eating animals and junk food you wouldn’t be sick and unhealthy in the first place and be susceptible to viruses like this one. Your immune system would be much healthier and able to fight off viruses like this.

If you don’t want to die, be healthier. Eat more natural foods, exercise more, and stop watching the news.

The Actual Solution

We are not fixing anything by hiding inside of our house. These viruses still exist. You can’t just run from things forever.

To stop and prevent these things we need to stop the consumption of dead animal flesh.

We need to be healthier and more active. We need more nutritious diets.

It is Common Sense. If you don’t eat dead animal flesh there won’t be a virus to begin with. If you are healthy, you won’t have to worry about dying from a virus.

Wake up people.

The Truth

We are being lied to and I can guarantee that.

This virus has a 99% survival rate and that is if you even get it.

Yes, it would be smart for people with weakened immune systems and breathing problems to take precautions.

But implementing a worldwide quarantine is a bit extreme for a virus of this level. I can guarantee something bigger will come along soon enough and this will all be forgotten.

We should not believe everything on the media. We should not be running and hiding from this virus and once it subsides go right back to “normal” life.

The Wake Up Call

This virus is simply a wake up call. We need to learn from this and change our ways. Nothing will get better if we just run and hide and wait for one person to find a cure.

We all have the ability to fix the problem if we fix ourselves. We need to become more educated on our diet and on the consequences involved with our actions.

Everyone is just scared right now. But I can see the bigger picture and I can guarantee this will blow over and some other problem will become prevalent. But just because the Coronavirus goes away does not mean we should go back to our old ways.

We all need to be healthier and we need to be educated on the consequences of our actions.

Healthy Snacks

Stuck in quarantine?

Eating all day out of boredom?

Want Healthier snacks so you don’t feel guilty?

I got you fam. Here are some healthy, low-calorie, easy and cheap snacks that can lead to weight loss.

  • Dates (Medjool)
    • Can eat them by themselves. Dip them in peanut butter. Or my personal fav-melt some chocolate and peanut butter and dip the dates in them and put them in the refrigerator then eat them.
  • Popcorn
    • I prefer the Orville Naturals-Simply Salted kind. Very healthy and you can always add more salt if you like.
  • Pretzels
    • I dip them in Dark Chocolate Hummus. Stuff is amazing; tastes like brownie batter and it’s super good for you
  • Dark Chocolate
    • Try to get at least 70% cocoa. The higher the healthier. Dark chocolate is a superfood and is amazing for you; and it’s good at stopping those dessert cravings.
  • Nuts
    • Mixed nuts are an amazing snack. So good for you. There are plenty of nuts out there so you’ll find one you love. You can even dip them in melted chocolate.
  • Apples and Peanut butter
    • Amazing combo. Just slice an apple an dip it in peanut butter
  • Fruit
    • Always the best snack choice. Bananas, apples, oranges, strawberries, pineapple, whatever you like. Fruit tastes so good and it’s so good for you. Nature’s healthy candy.
  • Veggies and hummus
    • I love dipping carrots, cauliflower and celery in hummus. Amazing snack. Or even pita chips in hummus. Even better tasting but not as good for you; but still decent.

Quick, Cheap and Healthy Quarantine Meals!

For about the past month I’ve been surviving on just oats, rice, potatoes, legumes and some fruit and veggies.

The majority of my meals have consisted of:

    • Brown Potatoes
